Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order and your item(s) has not yet been shipped, you may raise a cancellation request in any of the following ways:

a) Via Website Contact Us Forms

Click on ‘Contact Us’ > ‘Submit a Request’ > Key in your order ID details and submit a request to cancel your order. Our service representative will review your query and reply within 48 hours.

b)Via Email or WhatsApp

Send an email to our Customer Support Team at [email protected] with your order ID details and reason for cancellation. Or Whatsapp us on +91 88700 67218 (Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 6 PM).

Once your cancellation request has been approved by our team, we will process your refund within 7 working days. However, this might take up to 10 working days during festive or promotional seasons. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

For purchases made through credit/debit cards or via Internet banking, all refunds will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. Please note that it may take 2-3 additional working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been dispatched.

Cash on Delivery option is not currently available.

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel your order.

Exchange / Returns Policy

In case of product damage or issues with quality, we are able to provide you with a replacement if it is reported to us within a specified time, as indicated below:

If you receive a product that has been tampered with or damaged on-route, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with photographs and /or videos to support your claim.

  • For any complaints about product quality, you may contact our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Qi Ayurveda is not responsible for any damages to your purchase after delivery.
  • Claims on damages that result from neglect or improper usage of our products are not covered under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
  • Our Exchange / Returns Policy does not extend to requests for exchange due to allergic reactions.
  • Our Exchange / Returns Policy does not extend to requests for exchange due to reasons including personal dislike of the product, the fragrance, or colour, which cannot be supported by photographic evidence of issues with product quality.
